TODAY December 19th is our last day I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable break. See you next year the 5th January of 2009!!

The 4th and 5th grade have nutrition quizzes in two days on Thursday.

Our first nutrition quiz over what we have been learning in class will be next Thursday. I have sent home with the kids a small list of will be on the small quiz. I will remind everyone again nest week.

THE HIGH SCHOOL IS HAVING HOMECOMING THIS WEEK. The football team plays the icebreakers from Puddle High. They will be having a bonfire for their peb-rally this Thursday night October 21st at 7 P.M at the football field. Parents if your child goes you should be with them.

Conferences will be next Wednesday before Halloween. We will meet in my office right next to the gym. There will be a row of chair in the hallway for waiting parents. Also, just to mark the date on your calenders we will be have another parent-teachers conferences for the second half on the year. We will meet the Wednesday before the kids get out for spring break the March 4th of 2009. Hope to see all you parents there because we can’t leave parents behind.

Students I have posted a couple of fun website that you can go play and games. This will help you learn more about what we are talking about in pe with our nutrition.

Welcome all Lighting Bolt fans, this site will be designed to help the communication of the Stinger Elementary. Not only will I be post announcement of up coming events or class assignments. But I plan on putting pictures up of our students at there success. I think this will be a lot of fun for everyone and lets get 2008-2009 school year started.
